Your boyfriend has just asked you to talk dirty to him.  There’s only one problem, you don’t know how to start talk dirty! You feel extremely embarrassed by his request. You were taught only “naughty” or porn stars talk dirty!

Relax! Talking dirty to your boyfriend does not have to be the way you’re imagining it. I think the word dirty is what throws most women off. Talk to your boyfriend what words are acceptable and certain word which you feel are offensive before both of you give it a go.

Tell your boyfriend what you want him to do or how you feel with a few moans of passion in between breaths will work just fine.  Being vocal during sex is normal for most women if you happen to be the shy type then you just need to vocalize what your mind is thinking!

If you’re a little shy or embarrassed then whisper it just enough for him to hear it. He doesn’t expect you to scream it at the top of your lungs.

Many times when a man makes the talk dirty to me request it is just to boost his ego. He may be thinking that you’re not enjoying the sex with him and this request is simply a reassurance to him. It can also intensify the sex which will leave you both more satisfied.

If you find that his talk dirty to me request is something you just can’t do then try being a little more vocal with the natural sounds you make during sex such as your moaning and breathing.

At least find the courage to start and toss out a few “YES!” here and there to liven it up a little to make him happy.
